Dear Customers and Partners,

If you have concerns that employees, customers, business partners, or others associated with the Bank are involved in criminal activities, administrative offenses, work duty violations, actions threatening public interest, or any behavior potentially harmful to the Bank or public interest, please alert us. You can do so by completing and submitting the attached form.

Your report will be directed to the Bank’s Chief Compliance Officer. We guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data and the provided information.

Please note that you have the option to report anonymously. However, in such cases, we won’t be able to contact you or conduct a thorough investigation of the violation.
