Bank operating hours during the holiday period

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about the Bank’s working hours and payment processing arrangements during the holiday period – Christmas and New Year’s Day.


Christmas period

24–28 December are non-working days in Lithuania; therefore, the Bank’s Customer Service Branch (S. Moniuškos g. 27, Vilnius) will be closed during this period. Customers will also not be served by phone or email. We will respond to all received inquiries on 29 December.

Payments will be processed as usual on December 24.

From 25 to 28 December, only instant payments will be processed. SEPA and SWIFT payments will not be executed during this period.

On 23 and 31 December, payments will be processed as usual, and the Customer Service Branch located at S. Moniuškos g. 27, Vilnius, will be open until 4:00 PM.


New Year period

Please note that 1 January is also a non-working day in Lithuania; therefore, the Bank’s Customer Service Branch will not provide services in person, by phone, or by email on this day. We will respond to all received inquiries on 2 January.

On 1 January, only instant payments will be processed.
SEPA and SWIFT payments will not be executed during this period.
