Banking Hours and Payment Processing During Christmas and New Year’s Day

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about the bank’s working hours and payment processing schedule during the holiday season – Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Christmas Period

From December 24–26, there are public holidays in Lithuania, and therefore the Bank’s customer service department will be closed during this period. Customers will also not be served by phone or email. We will respond to any inquiries received on December 27.

Payments will be processed as usual on December 24.

On December 25–26, only instant payments will be processed. SEPA and SWIFT payments will not be processed during this period.

New Year’s Period

Please note that January 1 is also a public holiday in Lithuania, and the Bank’s customer service will not be available for in-person, phone, or email support. We will respond to any inquiries received on January 2.

On January 1, only instant payments will be processed. SEPA and SWIFT payments will not be processed during this period.
