After three years, Giedrė Blazgienė is stepping down from her role as CEO
After three years of leading Mano Bankas, CEO Giedrė Blazgienė is stepping down from her position. The responsibilities of the acting CEO have been temporarily assumed by Board Member Aurimas Putna. Mano Bankas will announce the new CEO once the candidate receives approval from the Bank of Lithuania.
“It has been a great honour and responsibility to lead this bank. These three years have been full of growth, new solutions, and collective strength. I’m proud to see how the bank continues to deliver on its plans and move forward. I’m deeply grateful to the team, the Supervisory Board, and the Management Board for their trust and the journey we’ve shared,” says former CEO of Mano Bankas, Giedrė Blazgienė.
Over the past years, the bank’s assets have more than tripled – reaching EUR 629.5 million. Mano Bankas has expanded its operations both in Lithuania and abroad, strengthening its position in the business financing market. The bank has introduced new leasing and e-commerce solutions, implemented API SEPA and SWIFT technologies, and renewed its website and customer self-service system. With EU passporting rights and a registered European trademark, the bank now operates in the deposit markets of Lithuania, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands.
Mano Bankas consistently develops a values-based approach – supporting Ukraine, the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union, sustainability initiatives (such as the Sengirė Foundation), sports and culture, and has also become a partner of the Klaipėda Tennis Arena.
