Information on Changes to Certain Bank Service Fees

2025-12-15

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that certain fees for our bank’s services are changing.

Please note that the vast majority of fees will remain unchanged, and no action is required from you as a result of these changes.

As of December 15, 2025, the following fees will be discontinued (for both legal entities and private individuals):

  • Issuance of a copy of credit transfer
  • Issuance of an account statement at a branch

Due to amendments to the Value Added Tax (VAT) Law, a 21% VAT will be applied to administrative, technical and similar services that are not directly related to financial services. As a result, we are updating certain bank service fees.

From February 18, 2026, VAT will be applied for legal entities to the following services:

  • Issuance of a letter of confirmation of the Safeguarding / Internal bank account to a financial institution
  • Issuance of a confirmation letter for opening an Accumulative Account
  • Issuance of a letter of intent to a financial institution
  • Issuance of other certificates and letters for daily banking services

From February 18, 2026, VAT will be applied for private individuals to the following services:

  • Issuance of other certificates, approvals and letters related to the provision of day-to-day services

You can review all currently applicable bank service fees on our website:

If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate your agreements with us free of charge before the effective date of the new fees. To do so, please contact us by phone at +370 5 240 9389, email us at support@mano.bank, or visit a Mano Bankas branch at S. Moniuškos g. 27, Vilnius (Mon–Thu 8:30–17:00, Fri 8:30–16:00).

If you do not exercise your right to terminate the agreement before the effective date of the new fees, it will be considered that you have read and agreed to the changes to the fees.

Sincerely Yours,
Mano Bank
