We have updated our General Terms and Conditions for Customer Service and Provision of Services

Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that, as of 1 September 2025, the updated General Terms and Conditions of Customer Service and Service Provision and related documents will come into effect.
- For new customers, these terms and conditions will apply from the effective date – 1 September 2025.
- For existing customers with agreements concluded before 1 September 2025, the previous versions will remain in effect until 1 November 2025, when the updated terms will apply.
These changes will not affect the services you currently use. Essentially, nothing changes for you – this is a bank initiative to update our documents in line with modern structure, international standards, and the legal framework.
Our goal is to ensure that agreements are clear, transparent, and easily accessible. Accordingly, we have made the following updates:
- Documents have been modernized to a contemporary structure and standards – customers only sign the specific section relevant to the service, while general bank, payment, and/or product terms are published on our website;
- Agreements are now available in both Lithuanian and English;
- Payment service terms have been updated;
- Provisions related to VISA international payments have been included;
- Documents have been updated in accordance with applicable legislation and best practices.
Which documents have been updated and what changes were made?
- The general sections of current, savings, and other account agreements have been removed (a full list is available on our website), and their provisions have been incorporated into the General Terms and Conditions of Customer Service and Service Provision and Payment Service Terms;
- Payment Service Terms have been updated;
- The general section of Term Deposit Agreements has been updated;
- For existing customers with credit or leasing agreements concluded before 1 September 2025, the General Terms and Conditions of Customer Service and Service Provision and Payment Service Terms have been updated.
Important information for existing account holders
The general sections of current and other account agreements will be removed, and their provisions transferred to the updated General Terms and Conditions of Customer Service and Service Provision and Payment Service Terms.

This message is for information purposes only – no action is required on your part. Please note that for existing customers, the previous document versions remain valid until 1 November 2025, while for new customers, the updated terms apply immediately from the publication date.
If, for any reason, you do not agree with the changes, you must notify us by 31 October 2025 to initiate contract termination and/or account closure.
