Changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Electronic Services Agreement

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you that the updated terms and conditions of the Electronic Services Agreement of AB Mano bankas, as well as other documents related to this agreement, will come into effect on 3 June 2026.

  • For new customers, these terms and conditions will apply from their effective date, 3 June 2026.
  • For existing customers who entered into agreements before 3 June 2026, the new terms and conditions will come into effect on 4 August 2026.

These changes will have no impact on the services used by the customer or on the individual service terms and conditions applicable to the customer. This update is part of the Bank’s efforts to modernize its documentation in line with contemporary document structures, international standards, and the applicable legal framework.

To ensure that our agreements remain clear, transparent, and easily accessible, we have implemented the following changes:

  • The documents have been updated to reflect a modern structure and standards. Customers will sign only the Special Part of the Electronic Services Agreement, while the General Terms and Conditions of the Bank, Payment Services, and Electronic Services Agreements will no longer be signed separately and will be published on the Bank’s website.
  • The agreement has been prepared in two languages: Lithuanian and English.
  • The documents have been updated in accordance with applicable legislation and best practices.

For existing customers, the previous versions of the documents will remain in force until 4 August 2026. For new customers, the updated terms and conditions will apply from the date of publication, 3 June 2026.

If you do not agree with the amended terms and conditions, please notify the Bank by 3 August 2026 by initiating the termination of the agreement.
