AB Mano bankas has appointed Edgaras Grabauskas as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 26 October 2026. Previously Head of Business Development at the bank, Grabauskas will lead its next phase of growth, focusing on business expansion, payment services and international opportunities.

“Edgaras has an in-depth understanding of the bank, its team, operating principles and strategic priorities. His experience in business development, expanding operations across different markets and growing the payments business provides a strong foundation for the bank’s continued expansion. Under his leadership, we expect to further strengthen our position in the financial services market, capitalise on new growth opportunities and create long-term value for our clients and partners,” says Vytautas Olšauskas, Chairman of the Board of AB Mano bankas.

Grabauskas joined Mano bankas in 2021 as Head of Business Development. During his tenure, he has contributed to expanding the bank’s operations, enhancing its payment services and strengthening relationships with business clients and partners.

“We see the greatest growth potential for Mano bankas in the coming years in the payments business, particularly in payment acceptance and open banking solutions. Lending will remain an important part of our operations, but our more ambitious growth plans are focused on payment services,” says Edgaras Grabauskas.

In recent years, Mano bankas has expanded its operations in Lithuania and international markets, invested in technology solutions and introduced new services. During this period, the bank’s total assets have more than tripled, reaching EUR 764 million. The bank has also launched an e-commerce payment acceptance solution for business clients and introduced a client funds safeguarding account for fintech companies, enabling them to segregate client funds and meet regulatory requirements.

As the bank continues to grow, maintaining operational agility and delivering personalised service that meets client expectations will remain key priorities. Technology solutions and process automation will be implemented to complement personal interaction and enable the bank to respond even more effectively to individual client needs.

“Our goal is to grow sustainably while remaining a fast-moving and agile bank. We are placing significant emphasis on process automation and technology solutions that enable us to operate faster and more efficiently. At the same time, we are committed to maintaining close, personal relationships with our clients and acting as a trusted partner in their business growth, helping them find solutions tailored to their specific needs at every stage of their development,” says Grabauskas.
