Mindaugas Rudys Steps Down as Chief Executive Officer

AB Mano bankas announces changes in the Bank’s management. As of 1 September 2026, Mindaugas Rudys no longer serves as Chief Executive Officer of AB Mano bankas. M. Rudys will continue to work on initiatives and projects related to the Bank’s shareholders.

Mano bankas continues to consistently implement its business strategy, with a strong focus on the needs of business and private clients, service quality, and the Bank’s sustainable growth. The management changes have no impact on the Bank’s commitments to its clients and partners or on its day-to-day operations.

The Bank will provide a separate update regarding further decisions concerning the position of Chief Executive Officer of AB Mano bankas.
