Payment Processing and Working Hours on May 1

Dear Customers,

Please be informed that May 1 is a public holiday in many European countries. As a result, European bank clearing systems will not be operating, and transfers to other banks will not be processed.

We recommend submitting SEPA and SWIFT transfers to other banks in advance, no later than April 30 at 16:00 (Lithuanian time).

Please note that SEPA instant payments will be processed as usual.

Customer service information:

• On May 1, the Customer Service branch (S. Moniuškos St. 27, Vilnius) will be closed.
• Customers will not be served by phone or email on this day.
• All inquiries received will be responded to on May 4.

On April 30, the Customer Service branch will operate on a shortened schedule, until 16:00.
